They were excellent in providing support, understanding and help to myself and my Daughter following our loss. Ray was our first point of contact and he was so kind, with gentle words and compassion. He dealt with all matters and always helped in any issues we had to decide upon. With his help and support he made a very difficult time for us somehow bearable. Chris managed the arrangements on the day of the service and the respect he showed to Sue was perfect. They should be proud of the work they did for us and we just want to say Thank You
